At Terkarro, all products are made to order through third-party print-on-demand providers.
1. No General Returns
Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor variations in color or design
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was received
To request a resolution, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:
- Delays in shipping
- Slight color differences (screen vs print)
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
4. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been sent to production.
5. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
